It’s essential to ask what people need and want before taking action.

This is the opportunity to consult with your workers and obtain their input about the direction of your new or existing workplace health and wellbeing strategy. It will also make sure that any steps you take to address health and wellbeing in your workplace will hit their mark.

We’ll be going into more detail about consulting with and listening to people in Step 3: Involve your team, but we’ve created a worker interests survey (PDF, 449.3 KB) to help you gather information about the types of health and wellbeing initiatives workers would like to see implemented.

The worker interests survey gives people a chance to comment on the types of health and wellbeing initiatives they would like to see implemented.

The workplace wellbeing question bank includes a list of questions that you can use to measure and monitor the wellbeing of workers.
